We are seeking a dedicated and organized Community Manager to oversee our thriving Discord community, which consists of over 2,500 students from more than 40 institutions. As the Community Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing a vibrant, engaging, and supportive space for students to connect and collaborate. You will moderate discussions, manage community events, and ensure that all interactions align with our values of inclusivity and respect. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about community building and looking to make a direct impact on the student experience. No prior experience is required, just a genuine enthusiasm for fostering student connections.

As the Community Manager, you will manage day-to-day activities within our Discord server, moderating conversations, and ensuring compliance with community guidelines. You will engage members through regular interactions and lead initiatives to boost participation in events and discussions. Organizing and hosting community events such as Q&A sessions, study groups, and collaborative projects will also be a key part of your role. You’ll work closely with our team to develop strategies to keep the community active and ensure a positive environment that promotes learning and networking among students from a wide range of institutions.
